In 2012, Rastam founded Dahsar, the contemporary whateverwear

brand, publication, and creative design studio.

Dahsar means simpler times.

Rastam created Dahsar and made clothes because it was a creative output where he combined many hats he cut his teeth from such as being a buyer for a BMX streetwear shop, designer for a creative agency, digital producer at a professional fashion studio, visual producer at a non-profit, and a brand consultant, all in one.
